Dear Partners,
Today's forecast into tomorrow (February 15-16, 2025) forecast calls for a mixture of potential snow, rain, sleet and cooler temperatures. It's going to be very wet and this will impact road conditions. These conditions may lead to delays as couriers will be slower to move for their safety and many may choose not to work.
Keeping this in mind, we're doing our best to prepare. We'll be onboarding new couriers, allowing many more couriers than usual to potentially log in, and reminding the entire fleet of the higher earning potential during these times.
We kindly ask that you remind your staff to keep an eye on the banners in your Relay dashboard. While rainy weather doesn't always equate to delays, it may more often when it is this cold. We'll keep you updated in real time via your dashboard so you know if ETAs should be increased to properly align customer expectations!
Please note that during periods of delays, our customer service team may be much slower to respond since their ticket volume will increase — we kindly request that you limit outbound messages to troubleshooting issues (such as asking where orders were left) as requests for couriers will likely not be responded to.
We appreciate your patience and partnership and will continue to work to ensure the coming days are as successful as possible.
Thank you,
Team Relay
