As you may be aware, a special parade to celebrate the NY Liberty’s WNBA championship victory will be held in FiDi today (Thursday, October 24). As a result, Broadway will be closed for a significant length of the area through today’s lunch service. For more information on the marathon, please click here. Please note this will only impact you if you operate in or deliver to FiDi, so it is critical to review this if you will be impacted by the race's route.
The route will be closed to all traffic both on the street and for pedestrian crossings. An image of the closure can be seen below:
If you are in this area, we strongly suggest increasing your ETAs to manage customer expectations since road closures and people traffic will make it difficult for our couriers to move around efficiently
Once the parade is over, you may revert to your previous ETAs. Again this is only applicable if you are in and around the parade route or delivering down to FiDi
